We are happy to announce that Sister Thomas Dien Tran, OCIST, of Our Lady of La Vang Monastery in Thornton, has officially become a citizen of the United States! She was sworn in on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
Sr. Thomas is a member of the Cistercian community in Thornton. The Sisters, belonging to the Order of Cistercians of the Strict Observance, dedicate their lives to prayer for all of us in the diocese. We are truly blessed to have them interceding for us.
Please keep Sr. Thomas in your prayers, and join us in warmly welcoming her as a new citizen of the United States. Congratulations, Sr. Thomas!
